1. Platform Use. GOGO Fleet provides fleet management software only. We are not a party to any rental agreements between you and your renters.

2. Legal Compliance. You are responsible for complying with all laws governing vehicle rental in your jurisdiction, including insurance, inspections, and licensing requirements.

3. Renter Data. You are solely responsible for collecting, storing, and using renter data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. You must obtain proper consent before sending SMS communications.

4. Payment. A valid payment method is required. You authorize GOGO Fleet to charge applicable fees when billing begins. We will provide advance notice before any charges.

5. Account Security. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

6. Prohibited Conduct. You may not use the platform for fraud, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability. GOGO Fleet is not liable for disputes between you and renters, vehicle damage, accidents, or losses arising from your rental operations.

8. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify GOGO Fleet from any claims arising from your use of the platform or your rental operations.

9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice.

10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
